Bakar Labs September Showcase

Continuing the trend of high-energy events at Bakar Labs, our inaugural showcase was an undisputed success!

The event, held on the afternoon of Monday, September 18, brought together 65 investors and 35 representatives from pharma and large biotechs with 20 bio startups for an intense session of dealflow and networking.

“Our goal at Bakar Labs is to support entrepreneurs developing vital new solutions to the world’s most important challenges,” says Riley Hummel, our deputy director of outreach, who conceived and organized the showcase. “They can’t do that without winning investment and forging strategic partnerships. Showcases are terrific way to introduce everyone and catalyze the mixing process.”
