About the Speakers
Colin Farlow
Colin Farlow cofounded Serotiny, a Bay Area biotech focused on designing therapeutic multi-domain proteins for gene and cell therapies. Colin earned his JD from University of Wisconsin Law School and started Serotiny to apply scalable technologies to gene and cell therapy discovery. Serotiny strategically partnered with leading biotech and Pharma, including Johnson & Johnson, which led to the company’s acquisition of Serotiny.
Matt Kovac
Matt Kovac is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. Prior to attending law school, Matt worked in the legal departments of several Bay Area tech companies.
